BrainSheet is a nurse report sheet, the kind of brain sheet you fold into a scrub pocket, rebuilt for the phone of one nurse working one shift. You pick your unit, day or night, and how many patients you have, and the grid lays itself out. Through the shift you check off meds and tasks, jot notes and labs, and glance at an SBAR view during handoff. When the shift ends you tap Shred, the sheet tears into strips, and the data is erased right then. Nothing is uploaded, because there is no server and no account.
On the home screen, tap Shred. The sheet tears into vertical strips and falls away, and the patient data is deleted at that moment. Forget to do it? After your shift ends and the delay you set has passed, it shreds itself before you even open the app.
The home screen is the patient grid for today's shift, one cell per patient with room, initials, code status, and allergies visible. It comes up with no internet and no login, at the start of the shift.
Inside a patient sheet, meds and treatments sit on a timeline and a Right now section keeps what is due in the next hour at the top. One tap checks an item off. Notes and lab values go in with a glove on, in the hallway, in ten seconds.
